Our number one priority will always be the safety and wellbeing of our guests and team members. Park Plaza is fully focused on reassuring our guests, team members and local communities of our commitment to upholding an even higher standard of cleanliness and wellness with our Reassuring Moments programme across our European hotels including Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London. We are also proud to announce that through our partnership with Radisson Hotel Group, a new 20-step protocol for hotels and 10-step protocol for meeting and event spaces has been introduced across the majority of our hotels. Arrival & Departure

  • Guests must wear a face mask in public areas of the hotel.
  • Our team members will be wearing masks unless behind a protective screen.
  • Identification (passport/driving licence/ID Cards) will be required upon entry to the hotel.
  • Non invasive temperature checks using thermal imaging technology for guests, following a successful trial, is implemented in our hotels. This includes adults and children of all ages. If a guest has a temperature of over 37.8 degrees celsius, they will be offered assistance and will be required to self isolate in their guest room

Guest Rooms

  • To ensure your comfort and safety and to reduce contact points, guests staying for more than one night will only have their rooms cleaned every three days. Should you wish to have your room cleaned more often or require towels or amenity replenishment, please do let us know.
  • Chat to one of our team members who will be happy to assist with questions or requests you may have via WhatsApp or Web Chat.
  • Increased cleaning and disinfection with clear display signs of new procedures.
  • Mini bars are currently closed but in-room dining is available in all hotels.
  • Reduction of furnishings.
  • Enhanced laundering of linen

Restaurant & Bars

  • Guests must wear a face mask in public areas of the restaurant including when walking to the table. Once seated guests do not need to wear a mask.
  • Our team members will be wearing masks unless behind a protective screen.
  • In the UK you can enjoy a business meeting over lunch or dinner for up to 6 people as long as the primary purpose of your meeting is business.
  • Go digital – where possible please use our menus on your smartphone via a QR code on your table, we also have single use menus if you prefer.
  • Your details will be required for the NHS Test and Trace and similarly in the Netherlands you will be required to provide your details for the municipal health services

Meetings & Events

  • Revised capacities in line with local social distancing regulations.
  • Decluttered spaces complemented by high-tech streaming capacities and hybrid meeting solutions.
