The Westminster Ballroom, Plaza Suites, Park Suites and City Rooms provide versatile meeting space, accommodating 8 to 1400 people. The rooms can be booked as separate meeting rooms, or provide a backdrop for large residential conferences needing offices, breakouts, exhibition and evening events.

With the extensive number of bedrooms on site, Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge has the ability to accommodate large residential conferences for up to 700 guests with ease.
