The teams involved cannot do enough to help us, they are friendly, attentive, professional and their attention to detail is second to none. We are all made to feel very welcome and during our event staff are on hand to assist us with anything we need. The location could not be better, with spectacular views of Big Ben and The Houses of Parliament. We cannot recommend this Hotel enough!

The team at Park Plaza Westminster ensured that our client’s events over the course of the whole week were a great success, going the extra mile to ensure what were a series of logistically complex tasks went without a hitch and maintaining the highest levels of customer service at all times !!

We do trade show events in major cities around the world and always look for hotels that combine state-of-the-art conference facilitates, great accommodations and amenities, a customer-focused staff experience, and a prime location in the city that makes the travel enjoyable for our guests. Park Plaza Westminster Bridge has been all this and more. We look forward to hosting our next London event at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge.

We held our annual Gala Dinner this November at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge for the fourth year running, which I think is testament in itself to how much we’ve enjoyed working with the team and been impressed with the level of service each and every time. This year in particular, working with Giorgia was an absolute pleasure. No request was too large or small and everything ran smoothly on the night. We were particularly impressed with the food this year too, delicious!

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you and the entire team for helping to make our event on the 17 October such a huge success. Our Chief Executive has said he was thoroughly impressed with the venue and I would be very grateful if you could give us first refusal on Thursday 8 October and Thursday 15 October next year please as I cannot think of a better place to hold our event again next year.

I just wanted to say a big thank you for all your help in the lead up to the event and on the night. The event went really well, the food was lovely and service went really smoothly so please pass on our thanks to the kitchen staff and all the waiting staff.  Mitun was fantastic during the event and he sorted out all our requests and problems quickly and efficiently.
